Heliotropia Houses is a recently(2005-2008) constructed complex of 9 in depended houses, six of them are maizonettes and 3 are bungalows.

The bungalows are 40 square meter houses. They have a double bedroom and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, TV, a big bathroom and the living room where there are 2 bed sofas. It is suitable for a family or group of friends, (up to 4 people).

The maisonettes are 60 square meter two-floor houses. Downstairs in the living room, there are 2 bed sofas, a fully equipped kitchen,the dining table and a WC. In this area the tenants can cook, relax, eat in the dining table and watch TV or DVD. During the night the coaches can be converted in 2 big double beds. Using the internal staircase you are up at the large bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom and the couchette in the hall. There is a patio in the ground floor and a spacious balcony in the first floor. Each of the maisonettes has a maximum capacity of up to seven persons.
